1. Return Eligibility

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels.

  • The item is not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is provided.

All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.


2. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law or approved at our discretion.


3. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 1 DAY after approval.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.


4. Exchange Options

We are happy to exchange eligible items when:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is defective or damaged.

  • You wish to exchange for a different size, color, or variant (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests are subject to product inspection and inventory availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your order.

  • Email us at zyrotech10@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • Include clear photographs or videos showing the damage or defect.

  • Please keep the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair (where applicable), or a full refund at our discretion.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, or practical reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery:

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or misuse.

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless otherwise stated).

  • Gift cards or digital/downloadable products.

  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened.

  • Customized or personalized items made specifically for the customer.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

  • Original shipping fees, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
